SURVEY OF LAND
A total land survey is done to confirm the onsite plot dimensions and also identify and locate BESCOM line, BWSSB water inlet line and Sewage outlet point etc.
DESIGN CONSULTATION AND AGREEMENTS
In this stage, Floor plan is designed with architects according to the client wish and design agreements are made between them.
GOVERNMENT APPROVALS
Once the floor plans are finalized, a sanction drawing is prepared based on BDA / BBMP / BMRDA / Panchayat or relevant governing authority guidelines. Approval process will be initiated with the authorities after all the documentation is collected and validated.
SOIL TEST AND LAND TERRAIN
Soil test will be carried out on the plot to check the load bearing capacity and land terrain will be measured to calculate the structural activity.
ARCHITECTURAL PLAN/3D & 2D DRAWINGS
3D external views are conceptualized and finalized. Structural drawings are done based on the soil report. A final set of drawings with working plans, elevations, sections, doors /window details, grill details, electrical and plumbing drawings are drafted and will be handed over to the client and respective engineer.
EXECUTION AGREEMENT
A final quote is prepared based on the final set of drawings and built up area. An “Execution Agreement” is signed with the Client.
START OF PROJECT
The project commences as per the schedule date, Agreed by the client.
